Charm is a female earth pony filly hailing from the area around Manehattan. She is a minor supporting character from Fallout: Equestria - War Does Change.

She travels the wasteland with her family. They are scavengers by trade.
Modern Day[]
When she meets Scrap Heap, she and her family are fighting a malfunctioning Mr Gutsy robot, one which kills her brother, Lucky. Scrap Heap helps them kill the robot, and after burying Lucky they travel together to Manehattan.
After that, Stone Mane takes her and the rest of his family towards Friendship City, intent on settling down in order to raise Charm away from the Equestrian Wasteland.

Little is known about the mare, only that she cares for her family and was devastated by the loss of her brother.
